Host Wine & Cheese: 1st Saturday of each month following 5:30 pm Mass.
1. Please bring a plate of cheese for about 15-20 people.
2. Plan to arrive at 5:15 to set up all items in the back of church. There should be a long 8' table set up (if not, there may be a smaller table in the Usher room or down in the parish hall there are more 8' tables). Place a table cloth on the table.
3. All necessary items are stored in the bin just inside the Conference Room off the left side pews. If the door is locked Father Paul or Jim Colt can open. Pull out the large trash can and place near the 8' table. There are small baskets for crackers, pretzels and napkins.
4. The chilled wine and sparkling cider will be in the small refrigerator in the sacristy (down the back hallway second room on the left). The refrigerator is inside the large cabinet door on the left.
5. After Communion, pick up the chilled wine and cider from the sacristy.
6. Begin to open wine and prep any last minute items. Offer wine to parishioners as they gather after Mass.
