St Vincent de Paul
The Saint Vincent de Paul Society was first established at All Saints in 1935. Traditionally the groups work quietly as the main social outreach in the parish. An ongoing food drive in the All Saints Community provides food distribution to families and individuals in need who are living within the parish borders. Special baskets are prepared for those in need during the holidays.
SVDP is in need of volunteers for one day a month (1 hour) to deliver food boxes. This would be on a continuous basis, month to month. The process is very simple and easy. We need two teams of two people, so family units are very appropriate for these positions. This is a great way for families to earn Fareshare hours too!

Receive communication requesting food assistance.
Put together food boxes for requests at SVDP pantry at All Saints parish hall.
Deliver food boxes to those in need.

Once a month up to 4 hours depending on the number of food requests.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old, unless hosted by an adult in the conference.
Have reliable, personal transportation. Especially delivery volunteers must have transportation capable of carrying boxes of food weighing 25+ lbs.
